Itinerary of the City Tour in Cusco
- We will start this Cusco city tour from our meeting point at the agreed time to visit the Cusco Cathedral, the main Christian temple of the city, which houses countless paintings belonging to the Cusco School.
- Next, we will visit the Qorikancha Temple (admission not included). Here the guide will give us information about the machihembrado technique used in its construction, and we will have free time to take photographs.
- Then, we will visit the archaeological sites of Tambomachay, Puka Pukara and Sacsayhuamán. At the latter, we will stop for 30 minutes to receive information about its construction and to take advantage of sunset photographs at the ruins.
- Finally, we will visit Qenqo, before returning to Cusco and ending the tour, after 5 hours, at a point near the Plaza de Armas.
